HotSpring Spa Safety Suction Assembly. 1993-2002 HotSpot model and 1992-1999 Tiger River model spas check valve/safety device. When a hand is placed over the jet pumps suction fitting within the filter intake this valve will open to "draw" air into it from the equipment compartment.
