Shipping policy

HotSpring Supply will not create shipments outside of regular business hours. Business hours are 10:00 to 17:00 Pacific Time during weekdays Tuesday through Saturday. Depending on the items ordered, it may take extra time after the order has been placed to ship the order. Choosing an expedited shipping method does by no means imply that your order will arrive at its destination at any certain time.
