Refund policy

We accept returns only for products which have not been opened or installed prior to returning. Electrical, chemical, and special order items are not eligible for return. Some items may not be eligible for returns at our discretion. All returns will be refunded solely by store credit, and may be subject to a twenty-five percent restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact us in order to request one before attempting to return your merchandise. All returns must be received within 30 days from when the items were first shipped.

Many parts or supplies listed on our website come with a manufacturer's warranty. HotSpring Supply does not warranty any of these items. We will gladly help with returning warranty parts to the manufacturer for replacement however shipping is not covered or reimbursed from the manufacturer. Shipping fees to and from are the responsibility of the buyer.
